Not sure the pic is very clear but today, in my street, I saw a SUV parked at the middle of the road. No offense to say that they were many slots everywhere to park, so what would be the explanation: engine breakdown, bladder breakdown, nervous breakdown.I thought you could park anywhere in Moscow but that one was particularly brave.
