I'm not in Moscow but Facebook is the best way to be aware of those important things: it's raining. After 1 month like that, we can't say it's a bad thing. Mainly for the guys in the center (not much difference to be honest).

Who's next?

When you come back home and you did not check the official website few weeks before, you know you're fucked. These are flyers to sell you some stuff to get your water hot during the annual hot water summer shut-off. The guys selling those incredible gadgets know better than you when you will run out of hot water (now, it's a 2 weeks period, we've got a progress here) and they stick that on your door.
